Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
When do you ship orders?
We ship once a week, usually on Mondays.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs procedures. International shipments may take longer due to local postal services and import controls.
Do you offer local hand delivery?
Yes. Hand delivery may be available in Berlin upon request and depending on availability.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns for magazines, books, posters, or prints unless the item arrives damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Are customs fees included?
No. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied upon arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. Additional payment options may be added in the future.
Do limited edition prints come with the magazine?
Yes. Each limited edition print includes a copy of Sudario Magazine — Ouroboros. The magazine is included in the final unit price.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. For urgent cases, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Do you offer tracking?
Whenever available, orders are shipped with tracking. Some destinations may only support standard untracked shipping
